opened
the
new Headley Spice Restaurant in
Brentwood dressed in traditional
sari in a beautiful mint green.
Guests
invited to the launch party were
allowed to mingle freely with
the local celebrity. Ahead
of the launch owner &
entrepreneur Faruk Kamali said "“I
am looking forward to be able to
showcase my dishes to the people
of Essex. Most of the locals
have probably not tried
authentic Indian cuisine, but I
am positive that once they visit
Headley Spice, they will love
the food. We have cooked for
celebrities all over the world,
including Hugh Hefner at the
Playboy Mansion, but I think
catering for Lauren Goodger, a
true Essex girl who’s popular
locally and across the country,
will be a fantastic experience.”
The
120 seater restaurant which used
to be the Headley Arms has been
totally renovated and owner
Faruk Kamali has successfully
created a contemporary & vibrant
space for diners to enjoy
authentic indian cuisine.
