Daniel
Clifford is a passionate chef and spends every
available holiday break on gastronomic journeys
to France, Italy and northern Spain, returning
to England inspired to push forward the
boundaries and experiment with textures,
ingredients and flavours. Awarded his
first Michelin star in 2001 followed by its
second in 2005. Two stars were also awarded by
Egon Ronay in his 2005 Top 200 Restaurants in
the UK Guide and 4 Rosettes were awarded by the
AA Guide in 2006
The Headley also has an upper floor which can be
used as a separate events space which is ideal
for private dining, corporate meetings and
events, private parties and weddings.
