hotel was built around a 17th century Chantry
House. The hotel is set in landscaped gardens,
complemented by the picturesque conservation
village of Churchgate Street, yet close to the
M11, M25 and Stansted
Airport, making it an ideal venue for both
business and leisure guests. The hotel has 85
bedrooms and leisure facilities which include a
heated indoor pool, spa and gymnasium.
There
are seven well appointed event spaces and the
hotel is an ideal venue for residential
conferences, training seminars, day meetings,
private dining and weddings. All of the event
spaces have natural daylight and the largest
room, the Hertford Suite can hold up to 160
guests, while the Essex Room can hold up to 70
guests. Should you consider holding a
wedding reception on a Friday or a Sunday
discounts of up to 20% may be offered.
