Front of House Manager, The Headley, Brentwood
Situated on the
outskirts of Brentwood, The Headley is a
traditional restaurant and public house which
exudes character and a warm atmosphere. The
Headley is part of Midsummer House Restaurants
Ltd and is co-owned by Daniel Clifford, 2
Michelin Star Chef Patron.
The Headley are currently looking for a Front of
House Manager who is
keen to progress their career. Working under
the guidance of the General Manager you will
assist in developing the team and driving the
business forward. The
candidate will have strong driving sales and
strong leadership, hands on management skills
and the ability to inspire a team are a must.
A key responsibility for this position includes
training the small team to ensure high standards
are constantly met and develop the style of
service to be relaxed and unpretentious.
As the restaurant offers a modern, vibrant yet
relaxed ambience they are looking for an individual whose
personality will reflect in the service to their
clientele.
